    grilled - Spanish Chicken

    Smoke or grill 4 boneless chicken breasts
    1 recipe of Rotel Dip
    (you know, Velveeta and Diced Rotel
    Tomatoes and peppers)
    brown rice, cooked

    Slice breasts in thin strips crosswise.
    Put bed of rice on plates.
    Add 1 sliced breast on top
    and
    cover with the Rotel Dip.
