    grilled - Steak Rolls

    2 pounds flank steak
    toothpicks
    2 Tablespoons honey
    2 Tablespoons cider vinegar
    3/4 cup oil
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1/8 teaspoon powdered/dry mustard
    1 teaspoon ground ginger
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teasoon onion powder

    Cut flank steak into 1/2 inch strips (lengthwise).
    Roll each strip into a roll about 3 inches in diameter.
    Fasten each roll with toothpicks.
    Place meat in a glass dish.
    Place all remaining ingredients in a blender/food
    processor and blend until smooth.
    Top rolls with marinade.
    Place in refrigerator and allow to marinate overnight.

    When ready to cook, place steak rolls over a hot fire
    and cook done to your liking.
    Makes 4 - 6 servings.
