    ground - Beef Goulash #8

    This makes a quick dinner and you can easily adjust the spices
    to your own taste. very good! Enjoy!

    ground - Beef Goulash #8

    1 1/2 Cup macaroni, cooked al dente
    ...to package directions, drain well uncooked
    1 pound Lean Ground Beef,
    1/2 Cup Brown Onion, chopped
    1/4 Cup Green Bell Pepper, chopped
    3 Cups vegetable or Tomato Juice
    1/4 tsp Chili Powder
    1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
    1/4 tsp Black Pepper

    Cook beef, onion and bell pepper in large skillet until beef
    is browned and onions are translucent; drain well.
    Stir in juice, macaroni and spices.
    Simmer over low heat until most of the juice is absorbed
    and thickened.
    Makes 4 servings.
