ground - Beef Goulash _#10, quick + easy
1/2 pound ground beef
Onion chips or sauteed onion*
1 cup elbow macaroni
2 cups chopped tomatoes, (1 pint)
salt and pepper to taste
Velveeta cheese slices
Brown ground meat.
*Do not saute onion chips; add while simmering.
Add minced onion, tomatoes, salt, pepper and macaroni. Simmer for 40 minutes.
Lay slices of Velveeta cheese on top before serving.
