ground - Beef + Bacon Logs
2 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
2 Tablespoons minced onions
1 cup dry seasoned bread crumbs
2/3 cup grated carrots
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
10 to 12 slices bacon
Combine beef, onion, and celery salt. Pat out on wax paper. Cut into 10 to 12 squares,
approximately 2 1/2x2 1/2 inches square.
Combine remaining ingredients except bacon. Spread mixture on each square.
Using wax paper, carefully roll up.
Wrap 1 piece of bacon around each roll and fasten with toothpick(s).
Place in a rectangular roasting pan and bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour.
Drain on paper towels before serving on plate.
