    Hot Chocolate Caliente

    4, 1 ouonce squares baking chocolate, broken up
    2 cups skim milk
    2 drops vanilla extract
    ground cinnamon
    ground cloves

    Recipe

    Heat chocolate, skim milk and vanilla in a small saucepan,
    whisking occasstionaly.
    Be sure not to boil.
    Mix well with a whisk.
    Add a pinch of cinnamon and cloves on top before serving.
