    Spanish Coffee

    2 Tbs (30 ml) Tia Maria
    1 Tbs (15 ml) brandy
    Hot coffee
    Whipped cream for garnish (optional)

    Put the liqueur in a coffee mug.
    Pour in the hot coffee.
    Top with whipped cream if desired.
    Serves 1.
