    Bmachine - Cream Cheese Bread

    Bmachine - Cream Cheese Bread

    1/3 cup milk
    1 cup cream cheese -- (I cube mine)
    1/4 cup margarine -- or butter
    1 egg
    3 tablespoons sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    3 cups bread flour
    2 1/2 teaspoons yeast

    Use the light crust setting.
    If you want to add chococlate chips, raisins or other dried fruits, use the
    setting for adding these at the beep.
    Makes 1 loaf.
