    Bmachine - Anadama Bread

    Prep: 10 min, Cook: 1:00.
    1-1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
    1-3/4 cups bread flour
    1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1/4 cup cornmeal, coarsely ground
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. nonfat dry milk
    1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. unsalted butter
    3/4 cup plus 1 Tbs. water
    2 Tbs. molasses
    1 tsp. lemon juice

    All ingredients are measured for a small loaf and should be at room
    temperature. Add ingredients in order specified for your bread machine. Set
    on standard setting, medium or normal baking cycle. Do not use programmable
    timer.

    This recipe serves 12 people. Due to the nature of this recipe, it adjusts
    the number of servings in multiples of 12 only.
