originator's comments:
I made some changes to this recipe.
I used
regular salt,
oil instead of butter,
better for bread flour
2 tsp. gluten
used 1/8 tsp. lecithin
I did not use dough enhancer.


List of Ingredients




Bmachine - Apple Pie Bread

3 tbsp Brown sugar
1 tsp Sea salt
3/4 c Buttermilk
2 tbsp Apple juice concentrate
1 1/2 tbsp Butter or margerine
3/4 c Plain sliced canned apples, cut up
1 1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 tbsp Dough enhancer
3 1/2 c Bread flour
2 tsp Active dry yeast

Mix the flour dough enhancer and cinnamon before adding to bread pan.
You may want to do first knead and then reset and start again for
extra kneading.
