Bmachine - Beer Bread #2

1 package dry yeast
1 cup rye flour
2 1/2 cups bread flour
2 Tablespoon wheat germ
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup beer, flat, at room temp
2 Tablespoons molasses
2 teaspoons orange rind, grated
6 teaspoons applesauce, unsweetened
1/4 cup water, 120 deg. F.

Place all ingredients into bread machine in order given
OR AS directed in your user's manual.
Select correct bread cycle and press start.
