    This makes a slightly heavier bread than some others
    with a kind of nutty flavor.

    Bmachine - Blizzard Bread

    1 c. + 1 tbsp. water
    2 tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. oats
    1 c whole wheat flour
    2 tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. bread flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tbsp. non fat dry milk
    2 tsp. yeast

    Place ingredients in machine according to manufacture's instruction.
    Use regular setting, for a light loaf.
    Makes a 1 1/2 lb loaf.
