    Bmachine - Milk Bread, 2 pound loaf

    1 1/3 cups of whole milk
    2 tablespoons of unsalted butter or margarine, cut into pieces
    4 cups of bread flour
    2 tablespoons of sugar
    1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon of gluten
    2 teaspoons of salt
    1 tablespoon of bread machine yeast

    Place all of the ingredients in the pan according to the order in the
    manufacturer's instructions. Set the crust on medium or dark, and
    the program for the Basic cycle, press Start. Not suitable for use
    with delayed timer.
    Once the baking cycle ends, immediately remove the bread from pan
    and place it on a rack. Let it cool to room temperature, before slicing.
