Bmachine - English Muffin Bread

1 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons melted butter or vegetable oil
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 1/2 cups flour
2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
cornmeal, optional*

Follow your manufacturer's directions for placing the
ingredients into your bread machine.
Use the basic bread cycle and start machine.

*If you want an authentic English muffin effect, remove the
dough after the final kneading and roll it in the cornmeal.
Then place the dough back in the machine to let rise and bake.
Makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
