Bmachine - Dark Pumpernickel Bread

1 c. + 3 tbsp. water
1/4 c. molasses
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. whole wheat
1/2 c. rye flour
1/4 c. cornmeal
2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. instant coffee
2 1/2 c. bread flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vital wheat gluten
2 tsp. active dry yeast
(about 1 1/2 tsp. bread machine or rapid yeast)
2 tsp. caraway seeds, optional

Add ingredients to your bread machine according to machines manufacturer's suggested order.
Use medium crust setting.
Makes a 2 pound loaf.
