    3/4 c. milk, plus extra
    1/3 c. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light, cut up
3 tbsp. softened I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light
    1 egg
    3 1/4 c. + 4 tsp. bread flour
    1/3 c. white granulated sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. active dry yeast or bread machine yeast
    3 c. thinly sliced, apples
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
3/4 c. sifted powdered confectioners sugar
    1/4 tsp. vanilla

Add the 3/4 milk, 1/3 c. butter light, egg, 3 1/4 c. bread flour, the
granulated sugar, salt, and yeast to a 1 1/2 or 2 pound bread machine
    according to manufacturer's directions.
Select the dough cycle. When cycle is complete, remove dough.
Punch down. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
Line a 15x10x1" baking pan with foil; grease and set aside.
On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough into a 24x12"
rectangle. Brush with the softened margarine.
Use a medium bowl to combine the apples, brown sugar, raisins, the 4 tsp.
    bread flour, and the cinnamon.
Starting on a long side, about 2" in, spoon the apple mixture in a 3" wide
    strip across the dough.
Starting on the long side, carefully roll up.
Brush the edge with a little water to seal the seam and ends.
Carefully place the roll, seam side down, in the pan, curving to form a
    crescent shape.
Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes or until nearly
    doubled in size.
Bake in a 350 oven for 30 - 35 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool completely in the pan, setting on a wire rack.
Use a small bowl to combine the powdered sugar and vanilla. Stir in 2 - 4
tsp. of milk to make a glaze of drizzling consistency, and drizzle over the
    bread.
    Makes 16 servings.
