    List of Ingredients




    Broccoli + Cornbread

    2 sticks (1 cup) margarine or butter
    2 packages Jiffy cornbread mix
    1 10-oz package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed but not drained
    1 onion chopped
    1 carton (10-12 oz) cottage cheese
    4 eggs
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    Melt butter in a 9 X 13 pan.
    Mix together all other ingredients except cheddar cheese. Pour batter
    over butter.
    Bake at 375 for 25 minutes or until lightly brown. Sprinkle with
    cheddar cheese and bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese is
    melted and bread is brown.
