    Monkey Bread #3, w/butterscotch pudding

    also known this as Bubble Bread

    Monkey Bread #3, w/butterscotch pudding

    2 loaves frozen bread dough, thawed
    Cut or pinch into small balls.

    Roll each ball in this mixture:
    1 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup soft butter or margarine, (1 stick)
    1, 3 ounce package instant butterscotch pudding
    Mix until crumbly.
    Add 1/2 cup chopped nuts, optional

    Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
    Grease 1 large or 2 small tube shaped pans.
    Place the crumbly balls in the pan(s).
    Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top.
    Let rise until doubled in size.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
