    Spinach CornBread Puff

    1, 10 ounces package frozen chopped spinach,
    ...thawed and squeezed dry
    1, 7 ounce box corn bread mix
    4 eggs, beaten
    6 tablespoons butter, melted
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1, 8 ounce carton cottage cheese
    1/2 teaspoon salt

    Combine spinach and all remaining ingredients. Stir just
    until moistened. Pour into greased 9 inch plate. Bake at
    400 degrees F. for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Makes 6 servings.
