    List of Ingredients




    2 packages egg roll wrappers
    2 pounds hamburger
    1, 16 ounce can chopped tomatoes with green chilies
    salt to taste
    shredded cheese

    Recipe



    Brown hamburger and drain fat.
    Add tomatoes and green chilies.
    Salt to taste.
    Cook until all water is gone.
    Fill each egg wrapper with hamburger mixture.
    Top with cheese.
    Follow directions for sealing egg roll wrappers.
    Deep fry or fry in a skillet until browned on both sides.
