    sweet - Apple Bread #6, simple

    3 cups flour
    2 cups sugar
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    2 eggs
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    1 1/4 cups oil
    2 apples, chopped
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
    1 teaspoon baking soda

    Heat oven to 300 degrees F.
    Grease 2 loaf pans.
    In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until well blended.
    Pour into pans and bake for about 1 hour.
