    cakeMix - Custard Cake w/Fruit Sauce

    1, 18.25 ounce box yellow cake mix
    1 egg
    1/2 c. butter
    8 ounces cream cheese, softened
    3 eggs
    4 cups powdered confectioners sugar
    1, 12 to 15 ounce bottle fruit sauce like Smuckers Raspberry Sauce, etc.

    Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
    Lightly greased a 9x13x2 inch pan.
    Mix cake mix, egg and butter together and press into botttom of pan.
    Combine cream cheese, eggs and confectioners sugar. Mix well and pour over top of cake mixture.
    Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
    To test for doneness, the top will be set when touched and lightly browned.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar, then swirl fruit sauce over the top.
