    List of Ingredients

    cakemix - Strawberry Snow Ball Cake

    1 10 or 12" Angel food cake, cut in cubes of 1/2 to 1"
    1 quart fresh strawberries
    1/2 c. sugar, or sweeten to taste
    1 packet of unflavored gelatin
    1 tbsp. cold water
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 16oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed
    1 c. flaked coconut, optional

    You will need a 9x13x2" pan.
    Crush the strawberries and add the sugar. Set aside.
    Dissolve gelatin with the 1 tbsp. cold water.
    After the gelatin is dissolved, add the boiling water to the gelatin.
    Mix the strawberries with the gelatin and let thicken in refrigerator for about 20 - 30 minutes, or until it is the consistency of egg whites.
    Sprinkle 1/2 of the cake cubes in the bottom of the pan.
    Ladle 1/2 of the strawberry mixture on top of the cubes.
    Sprinkle the rest of the cake cubes over that.
    Ladle the other 1/2 of the strawberry mixture on top of the cubes, again.
    Spoon the whipped topping all over the top.
    Sprinkle with coconut.
    Refrigerate for approximately 2 hours before eating.
