List of Ingredients

cakemix - Strawberry Soda Cake + Frosting

for the cake:
1 3oz. pkg. vanilla cook type pudding mix
1 2 layer pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. boiling water
1 3oz. pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 12oz. can cream soda

for the frosting:
1 3oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. cold milk
1 8oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed

for the cake:
Mix the dry pudding into the dry cake mix.
Then mix and bake according to the package directions or until a tester comes out clean.
Let cake cool slightly.
Poke holes into cake with the end of a plastic mixing spoon.
Then combine the boiling water, the gelatin and cream soda together until the crystals are dissolved.
Pour the strawberry mixture over the cake.
Let cool and then frost.

for the frosting:
Mix the milk and pudding together.
Then fold in the whipped topping and blend well.
Spread on top of the cake.
