cakeMix - Pumpkin Dump Cake #1

1, 15 ounce can solid pack pumpkin
1 2/3 cups evaporated milk, (13 fluid ouonces, may add
...regular milk to get correct amount, if needed)
3 eggs
1 cup white granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1, 18 1/4 ounce box yellow or white cake mix
3/4 cup melted butter
1 cup chopped walnuts, optional
vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for topping

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13x9x2 inch baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar,
cinnamon, ginger and cloves.
Spread into the baking pan.
Sprinkle with the dry cake mix and drizzle with butter.
Top with walnuts.
Bake for 1 hour or until a knife inserted near the center comes
out clean.
Serve with ice cream or whipping cream.
