cakeMix - Chocolate Cherry Cake
3 eggs
1, 18.25 ounce package devil's food cake mix
1, 3 ounce package cook type chocolate pudding mix
1, 21 ounce can cherry pie filling
1/3 cup oil
1, 3 ounce package instant chocolate pudding mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a cake pan.
Stir together the dry cake mix and the cook pudding.
Beat eggs. Blend in dry cake/pudding mix. Stir in
pie filling and oil and mix until blended.
Spread in pan and bake 35 - 40 minutes.Surface of
cake will be bumpy when done. Let cool completely.
Prepare pudding as directed and let set for 5 minutes,
until thickened.Spread over cooled cake.Cover and
store in refrigerator.
Makes 18 servings or 1 cake.
