    cakemix - Pineapple Cream Cheese Cake

    1, 18.25 ounce boxed yellow cake mix
    1, 8 ounce container frozen whipped topping, thawed
    1, 8 ounce package softened cream cheese
    1, 3 ounce box instant French vanilla pudding
    1, 20 ounce can crushed pineapple, well drained
    crushed walnuts, optional

    Bake cake according to the directions on the box. Use a
    medium sized bowl and mix pudding according to package
    directions. Blend in the cream cheese. After letting the
    cake cool completely, mix the pineapple into the cream
    cheese mixture and spread mixture over cake. Top with
    whipped topping and garnish with walnuts. Refrigerate until
    ready to serve.
