    scratch - Smores Cake, microwaved

    1 cup semi sweet chocolate chunks divided
    2 eggs
    1, 8 ounce container frozen whipped topping, thawed
    1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 cup miniature marshmallows

    Grease/butter a round microwave safe, 2 inch dish.
    Set aside 2 tablespoons of the chocolate chunks.
    Beat eggs in large bowl with fork.
    Add whipped topping, crumbs and remaining chocolate
    chunks,
    Stir just until blended; spread into dish.
    Microwave on medium (50%) power for 5 minutes,
    rotating the dish 1/2 turn.
    Then microwave on high 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 minutes or until
    cake starts to pull away from side of dish and is just
    slightly moist.
    Place serving plate on top of dish.
    Flip/invert cake at once and remove pan.
    Sprinkle hot cake with marshmallows and reserved chocolate.
