    and Charlie Chaplin Candy
    These are pretty easy to make but a little rich.


    Chocolate Marshmallow Roll #3

    4 ounce bar German chocolate
    1 well beaten egg
    1/2 cup butter, (1 stick)
    1 cup powdered confectioners sugar
    1 large package miniature marshmallows
    1/2 c. finely chopped nut of choice, optional
    4 ounces Angel Flake coconut, optional

    Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler until blended.
    Take from heat, stir in well beaten egg quickly. Cool.
    Place marshmallows, sugar and nuts in bowl.
    Pour cooled chocolate mixture over. Stir gently to blend well.
    Sprinkle a large piece of foil with coconut.
    Pour the chocolate mixture over this.
    Roll like jelly roll. Chill. Slice as needed.
