Electric Skillet Fudge
2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon, optional
1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. evaporated milk [NOT sweetened condensed]
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
2/3 c. chopped nuts, optional
Combine sugar, butter, cinnamon, salt and evaporated
milk in electric skillet. Set temperature at 280 degrees.
Bring mixture to a boil and boil for 5 minutes, stirring
constantly. Turn off skillet.
Add marshmallows, chocolate chips, nuts and vanilla.
Stir until marshmallows and chocolate chips are melted
and smoothly blended.
Pour into a buttered 8" square pan.
Cool before cutting into squares.
