    Million Dollar Fudge

    Recipe Introduction

    Do not make on a humid day, it will not set properly.

    List of Ingredients

    Million Dollar Fudge

    4 1/2 cups sugar
    pinch of salt
    2 tablespoons butter
    1, 12 ounce can evaporated milk
    1, 12 ounce package semi sweet chocolate morsels
    1, 12 ounce package German sweet chocolate
    2 cups, or 7 ounce jar marshmallow creme
    2 cups chopped nuts, optional

    Combine sugar, salt, butter and milk in a medium heavy saucepan.
    Bring to a boil and boil 6 minutes over a medium/high heat. In a
    separate bowl, combine chocolates, marshmallow creme and nuts.
    Pour boiling syrup over chocolate mixture and beat until chocolate
    is melted. Pour into a buttered 8x8x2 inch pan and let stand before
    cutting. Store in airtight containers but do not refrigerate.
    Makes about 5 pounds.
