    Mrs. Claus's Fudge

    List of Ingredients

    Mrs. Claus's Fudge

    1 1/2 c. butter, (3 sticks)
    6 c. sugar
    2 5oz. cans evaporated milk
    2 14oz. pkgs. semisweet chocolate chips
    1 13oz. jar marshmallow cream
    1/2 c. creamy peanut butter, optional
    2 tsp. vanilla

    Lightly grease 2 or 3 pans.
    Mix the butter, sugar and milk together in a heavy 4 - 5 quart saucepan.
    Bring to a full rolling boil on a medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Continue boiling for 5 minutes, stirring to prevent scorching.
    Remove from heat.
    Gradually stir in the chocolate chips until melted.
    Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into the pans and let cool at room temperature.
