Ok, found it so have corrected the recipe.
Pineapple Candy #2, creamy
1 cup sugar white
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup pineapple pulp & juice
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1 teaspoon butter
12 each marshmallows
1 cup nuts
Cook sugar and pineapple to soft ball stage.
Add butter, remove from fire and beat in marshmallows,
nuts and extract.
Beat until creamy.
Drop by teaspoons onto wax paper.
