    Wedding Mints

    1, 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
    1 pound powdered confectioners sugar
    2 to 3 drops of mint extract
    ...(peppermint, wintergreen, etc)
    food coloring optional

    Mix all together, blending well.
    Add coloring if desired.
    Place in molds or roll and slice.
