    White Chocolate Ramen Haystack Candy Bars

    12 ounces chopped white chocolate
    1/2 c. salted Spanish peanuts with skins
    1 1/2 c. broken prepackaged Ramen soup noodles
    ...(save the seasoning for another use)

    Line a baking sheet with waxed paper.
    Melt the chocolate in the top of a double boiler over simmering water, stirring until smooth and creamy.
    Keep an eye so it does not burn.
    Add the nuts and noodles and stir until well coated.
    Spoon the mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls onto the waxed paper.
    If the chocolate mixture is too runny to make the candy right away, either refrigerate for a few minutes to firm it up or leave at room temperature until it firms up some.
    Let cool to room temperature or refrigerate.
    The cookies may be refrigerated indefinitely.
