Beef Stroganoff Noodle Casserole
1/2 of a 16 ounce bag egg noodles
1 1/2 pounds beef cubes, diced
1/2 cup diced green onion
1, 28 ounce can tomato sauce
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1, 8 ounce package cream cheese
2 tablespoons shopped green peppers
1 tablespoon melted butter
Preheat oven to 350. Need a 9x13 baking dish.
Cook the noodles to al dente with package directions.
Rinse noodles and set aside.
Brown the meat and onions together.
Stir in the tomato sauce.
Use a small bowl to combine the cheese, sour cream,
cream cheese and green peppers. Beat well.
Spread a layer of noodles in the bottom of the dish.
Then sprinkle on the meat.
Spread the cheese mixture across the meat.
Pour butter over top.
Bake for 45 minutes.
