Beef Veggie Tot Casserole

1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2, 10 3/4 ounce cans cream of celery soup
1 small frozen pkg. of a vegetalbe medley
1 frozen pkg. of tator tots
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook beef and onion, drain.
Spread in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.
Spoon soup over meat.
Top with vegetable medley. (this can all be
...mixed together in the baking dish)
Top with tator tots.
Bake at 400 for about 40 minutes.
Remove and top with Cheese.
Return to oven for another 5 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Salt and pepper to taste.
