    Beef + Bean BBQ Casserole

    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. bbq sauce
    1 c. shredded cheese
    16 oz. can pork and beans
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    8 oz. can refrigerated biscuits

    Heat oven to 375. Brown meat and remove any grease. Add pork and
    beans, bbq sauce, and onions, simmer for 5 minutes. Pour into a
    lightly greased casserole dish. Cut biscuits in half, place cut
    sides down, forming circle around edge of the casserole. Top with
    shredded cheese. Bake 20 minutes.
    Serves 6
