Beef + Cheeses Casserole

Cook 4 cups or more of egg noodles.
Run cold water over them to prevent sticking together.
Brown 4 pounds ground chuck.
Mix 4 small cans tomato sauce together with meat. Set aside.
Mix together:
16 ounces cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 cups cottage cheese
2 tablespoons minced green pepper
¼ cup minced onion
Layer in casserole dish:
half of noodles
cheese mixture
remaining noodles
meat mixture
Bake at 350 degrees F.for 45 minutes.
