    Beefy Rice Layer Casserole

    1 cup uncooked white rice
    1, 15 ounce can whole kernel corn with juice
    1/2, 28 ounce container spaghetti sauce
    1/4 cup water
    1/2 cup chopped onions + chopped green peppers
    1 pound uncooked ground beef, crumbled on top
    1/2, 28 ounce container spaghetti sauce

    Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
    Layer the ingredients in order given.
    You can sprinkle and additional 1/4 cup of water on top to
    keep it moist.
    Cover and bake for 1 hour. Uncover and bake for 30 minutes.
    Serve with green salad and crusty French bread.
