    Broccoli, Chicken + Stuffing Casserole

    List of Ingredients




    4 - 6 cooked chicken breasts, cut into pieces
    1 large box stuffing mix, mixed according to directions on box
    2 10 3/4oz. boxes frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    2 c. sour cream, (1 pint)
    2 10 3/4oz. cans cream of chicken soup
    1 soup can of milk
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 375. Lightly grease a 13x9x2" baking dish.
    Place the prepared stuffing into the bottom of the baking dish.
    Place the chicken pieces on top.
    Place broccoli on top of the chicken.
    Heat sour cream, soup, and milk together and pour on top of the broccoli.
    Sprinkle with the Cheddar cheese, then the Parmesan cheese.
    Bake for 35 minutes.
