    List of Ingredients




    Cauliflower + PorkChop Casserole

    2 heads cauliflower
    1/2 stick butter
    4 stalks celery
    soy sauce to taste (optional)
    1 large onion
    1/4 lb Velveeta cheese, grated (optional)
    8 thin pork chops

    Wash and slice cauliflower.
    Chop celery and onion. Cook with cauliflower until tender.
    Cut pork chops into bite-size pieces. Brown in butter, cooking slowly
    until done.
    Add pork to vegetables and simmer for about 20 minutes.
    Sprinkle cheese or soy sauce over top and enjoy.
    Makes 8 servings.
