1 package spaghetti pasta, broken in half

2 cups cooked chicken, cut into cubes
1 cup + 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, separated
1, 10 3/4 ounce can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon diced pimientos, optional
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Cook spaghetti al dente to package directions. Drain spaghetti.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the chicken, 1 cup of cheese, soup,
milk, pimientos if desired, salt and pepper. Add spaghetti noodles
to the chicken mixture and toss to coat. Transfer to a greased
9x13x2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake,
uncovered, at 350 degrees F. for 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
