8 chicken breasts, boned & skinned
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2, 16 ounce containers sour cream
8 slices bacon, uncooked
6 ribs celery, sliced
1/4 pound country ham, sliced thin (or enough
...to cover bottom of casserole dish)
Heat oven to 250 degrees F.
Line bottom of 9x12/13x2 inch casserole dish with ham slices.
Wrap each chicken breast with one slice of bacon and arrange
in casserole dish.
In medium bowl, combine soup, sour cream and sliced celery,
stirring well to blend. Pour evenly over chicken.
Bake, uncovered, for 4 hours or at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
Makes 8 servings.
Serve with rice, or potatoes or noodles.
