Chicken + Baked Potato Casserole

4 chicken breasts, cut into 1" cubes
8 med. potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 small onion, sliced
1 14 1/2oz. can green beans or carrots, drained
3 tsp. powdered chicken bullion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soupRecipe
Preheat oven to 375. Grease a casserole dish.
Please chicken in dish.
Mix sliced potatoes and onion and lay on top of chicken pieces.
Mix bullion, salt and pepper and sprinkle on top of potatoes/onions.
Drop green beans/carrots on top of seasonings.
Then mix the soups with 2 soupcans of milk and blend well. Pour over top of green beans/carrots.
Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
