    Corned Beef + Cabbage Casserole #1**, creamy

    5 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    4 cups cabbage, shredded
    1, 12 ounce can corned beef
    1, 10 3/4 ounce can cream of celery soup
    1 cup milk

    Place potatoes in a 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with onion, salt, and pepper.
    Place cabbage all over the top.
    Crumble corned beef over the cabbage.
    Mix soup wiht milk and spread over top.
    Cover with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 375 degrees F. for 1 1/2 hours.
