    Crab Pasta Casserole

    2 cups elbow or similar sized pasta
    1 1/4 cups milk
    1, 10 3/4 ounce can cream of celery soup
    1 1/2 cups cooked peas, or vegetable of choice
    1 teaspoon seafood seasoning, like Old Bay
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    1 pound crabmeat, cleaned/picked over
    1/2 cup breadcrumbs
    1 - 1/2 tablespoons melted butter

    Mix breadcrumbs and butter together. Set aside. Cook
    macaroni al dente to package directions. Drain and
    rinse with hot water. Drain. Add milk to soup and heat
    until hot. Add peas, seafood seasoning, salt, pepper and onion powder and stir. Then add the crabmeat, mixing
    lightly with fork. Coat a 1 1/2 quart casserole with
    cooking spray. Place mixture into the casserole. Sprinkle
    with the breadcrumbs. Bake at 350 degrees F. for about
    20 - 25 minutes. Makes 4 - 6 servings.
