    Crabmeat Casserole

    1/2 cup butter
    2/3 cup all-purpose flour
    2-2/3 cups whole milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 7 oz cans crab meat, drained
    1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
    2 tablespoons grated onion
    1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
    1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
    1 cup bread crumbs
    1 teaspoon Old Bay Seafood Seasoning

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Make a white sauce using butter, flour,
    milk and salt. Combine remaining ingredients expect bread crumbs and
    place in an oven-proof casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray. Pour
    white sauce over this mixture and top with bread crumbs. Bake in 350
    degrees F oven for 35 minutes. After baking, mixture can be divided
    between 8 separate serving bowls. Serves 6 to 8.
