Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole #1, easy

6 boneless chicken breasts, cut in small chunks
1/2 pound baby Swiss cheese
1/2 pound pound no water added shaved ham
1/4 - 1/2 cup seasoned toasted bread or cracker crumbs
salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly coat a 2 quart casserole
dish with butter flavored cooking spray.
Place 1/2 of the chicken on the bottom of dish.
Sprinkle ham and then the cheese on top.
Cover with remaining chicken.
Sprinkle crumbs on top.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and bake 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
