Green Vegetables Casserole

List of Ingredients
1 10oz. pkg. frozen French style green beans
1 10oz. pkg. frozen baby lima beans
1 10oz. pkg. sm. English peas
2 green peppers, seeded, cut into narrow strips
1 1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350. Butter a 2 1/2 or 3 qrt. csserole.
Place beans, peas and peppers in just enough boiling water
to avoid sticking. Cook only until thawed; separate with
fork. Drain and cool. Pour into casserole.
Fold together remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables.
(This can be done ahead to this point and refrigerate.)
Bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes or until top is brown and
puffy.
